Studio Policies and Guidelines

Once you have a spot reserved in the class you may cancel up to 2 hours prior to the start time without penalty. All classes cancelled prior to two hours before class are returned to your account for future use. If you see ‘Late Cancel’ as the only option to cancel out of class, then you are past the 2 hour timeline to cancel and will forfit that class. There are no refunds for any payments made so please choose your classes carefully. If you are unsure if you can make a class, you can always walk-in and see if there is space available. 

For classes that are filled, online reservations can only be held until 5 minutes before the start of class, after which the reserved spot will be offered to any students waiting at the studio.

Please be courteous and generous to the other class members by arriving 5-10 minutes before class and letting the instructor know if you need to leave early.

All class packages will be honored at either our Westwood or Foxboro locations. 

Pass Sharing

Multi-session class passes may only be shared between family members living at the same address and may not be transferred. Unlimited passes may not be shared or transferred under any circumstances.

Medical Freeze

An existing package expiration date may be frozen or extended only in the event of an injury or illness with a valid note from a medical doctor. Freezes or class pass extensions must be done at the beginning of the injury or illness. 

Personal Belongings

Firefly Studios, management and staff are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We encourage you to please secure your belongings in your car or leave them at home. Firefly does provide metal bins that may be secured with a student provided lock in each of our studios.

Weather Policy

During snow or weather emergencies please check our Facebook page and the website schedule for timely communication on any cancellations.  If you check the schedule and the class is listed, it will be held as scheduled.

Workshop Refund Policy

Workshop purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual for the same event only or a studio credit (less a $25 administrative fee). The credit will be issued if you notify us in writing to info@fireflyyogama.com at least 72 hours before the start of the event. No other refunds or credits are available under any circumstances.
